Community

CPE Group supports a range of charities through donations, sponsorship, internal events and profiling of national charity events to encourage our staff to participate and make a difference. Charities currently supported include The Starlight Children’s Foundation, Leukaemia Foundation and Breast Cancer Institute.

Environment

CPE Group is committed to being an environmentally aware company. We actively seek to reduce our own impact and encourage our staff and clients to do the same. Our aim is to reduce our environmental footprint through policies, practices, procedures and initiatives that minimise our impact on the planet. Internally we have a culture of ‘REDUCE, RECYCLE and RE-USE’ and we regularly monitor and evaluate the environmental competence of all our suppliers to ensure they share our vision.

We are conscious of how our actions and procedures impact on the planet and so have implemented changes such as electronic emailing of invoices and payslips and have significantly reduced our paper usage. We encourage our creditors to email invoices to save on waste and transport pollution and we have recycling throughout our offices. Some of our suppliers are amongst the Australian Top 100 Green Companies so we carefully chose our products and services. In our monthly newsletter we have a section entitled “Green Spot” where each month we share our thoughts in how we can change our behaviour in the community.

Both clients and our staff are encouraged to join us in our efforts to be environmentally aware.
