CPE Group is honoured to be named a finalist in the 2025 Ageing Australia You Are Ace! Awards, which recognise outstanding contributions in aged care across the country.
The award category is titled ‘Making a Difference’. Where organisations have put a real focus on the older community. Some of the criteria for this award is:
- Significant community engagement and social impact.
- Innovative programs addressing social issues.
- Long-term sustainability of initiatives.
Our nomination acknowledges the work of our Home Care team in delivering free, accessible community information sessions on Home Care Packages. These sessions aim to reduce confusion, promote independence, and empower older Australians to make informed care decisions. In 2024, this initiative expanded to include one-on-one navigation support—offered in-home and free of charge—to assist people through the complex Home Care Package application process.
This recognition is a testament to the compassion and commitment of our team, who are dedicated to supporting and informing our community with kindness and respect.
Winners will be announced nationwide on Aged Care Employee Day, Thursday 7 August.
