Support Workers
These are the team members who bring together all that we do at CPE. They take our values out to our clients, provide the care and support they need and provide us with immediate feedback when necessary, so together we can achieve the best possible outcome for each client.
We have an extremely high response when we advertise for Support Workers, often the with the number of applicants well exceeding 1000, so we are able to choose the best of the best to build an extensive support network across the metro area.
Each one must meet all required certification and compliance requirements before commencing employment and we ensure they continue to grow with ongoing training - both online and in person, beginning with a two day comprehensive induction workshop covering the high standards of care, professional conduct and client-centred practice we expect before they meet our clients
