National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) & Disability Support
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program that supports people under 65 years of age with a permanent and significant disability to access funding for reasonable and necessary supports they need to live their best life.
At CPE Home & Community Care, we believe home is where independence thrives. Living with a disability shouldn’t mean giving up control over your daily life. Our services are designed to support you to live safely, confidently, and comfortably in your own home.
Home-based support gives peace of mind, flexibility, and the opportunity to continue living life the way you want.
We work with you to understand your goals, routines, and preferences so that any support you receive fits seamlessly into your life. Even small adjustments and assistance can make a big difference to your wellbeing and day-to-day happiness.
Who Can Benefit
Our services are suited for people whose disability or health condition affects their ability to manage daily tasks independently. Eligibility is based on how a condition impacts daily functioning, rather than diagnosis alone.
Support is flexible, tailored to your needs, and can evolve as your circumstances or goals change.
We support participants who are self managed, plan managed, or NDIA managed.
Disability home care can be funded privately or through the government National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS is designed to give you choice and control over the supports you receive and who provides them.
How We Can Support You
Every person’s needs are different, so we focus on practical support that enhances independence. This may include a range of Core and Capacity Building supports.
