Core Support
Core Supports help with the everyday support people need to live safely and independently. At CPE, this includes assistance with personal care and daily living tasks, support around the home, help to get out into the community or attend appointments, and assistance to take part in social and community activities. Core Supports can also be used for everyday disability related items where appropriate. These supports are flexible and are delivered by our trained support staff, working closely with Care Managers to ensure services reflect each person’s needs, preferences, and goals.
