As the year comes to an end, I just wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the team at CPE Group in Perth. After losing my beautiful husband 7 months prior to considering changing providers, I had the privilege of meeting Jackie Shirley, who was absolutely wonderful & after talking with her, I felt so secure in joining the CPE group. It has now been 12 months since I made the choice to change providers, and I am so pleased that I did. I can’t believe just how much Jackie has been there if & whenever I have needed her. She has gone above and beyond and after signing me up, Jackie allocated me an amazing care manager, Helen. Helen has helped me with so many things that have helped me and my quality of life. I have a level 3 package and am so appreciative to have this now that I don’t have my husband to help me, as he was also my carer. Helen has offered help wherever she could & her suggestions for me & my disabilities have been so helpful for my everyday living. CPE has been my absolute saviour. I would appreciate a reply to this email so that I know that these people have been recognised for how well they do their jobs.

My mother-in-law Mary (90-year-old) and my wife Monica attended the June Bingo Day held at CPE Group office in Osborne Park on Wednesday 25 June 2025. They have never played Bingo before, but Monica convinced her mum for them to have a go. The Bingo event was organised extremely well. The CPE staff were very diligent in getting the participants coffee, tea, delicious pastries, and biscuits to consume. The Bingo cards were printed in huge numbers, so it was easy to identify each number. Staff member Linda did a wonderful job in calling out each number three times, for the hard of hearing, as well as using Bingo phrases to identify each number, so that they could have a laugh at the terms. Staff member Corey did a wonderful job in speaking to various clients and joking with each one. All in all my mother-in-law and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the event. Thank you to all staff members that were there on the day who continuously checked the event room and took empty coffee cups and plates away and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. It was also good to see 90% of the participants on the day walked away with lovely prizes. Thank you, CPE Group, for caring about your clients and continuously coming up with various ideas and events to make the lives of your clients more enjoyable.

CPE have been a lifeline for my Dad and our family. His determination to continue living at home has required him to have daily care and CPE have exceeded our expectation in providing that essential service to allow him to do so. With no family members living close by to him, CPE have provided us the confidence and reassurance that he is being looked after on a day-to-day basis. As a result, his health has improved considerably. Our Case Manager, Tania has been an amazing first point of contact, explaining the complexities of the aged care assessment system in our initial meetings, helping us navigate that assessment process and then ensuring all his higher needs have been met quickly and efficiently within budget. We have sometimes placed 'last minute' extra care requests for Dad for varying reasons and Tania has met my phone calls with great professionalism, care and, ultimately, delivery of an excellent service. Dad could not have continued living at home without CPE.

I would like to highly commend you and your team on the wonderful support and care that you are providing. We have now had several tasks managed from your team and I wish to say that each of these team members have been kind and caring to my very elderly parents. John, our maintenance man particularly, was so patient and understanding with my 92-year-old Dad who was following him around and asking lots of questions. Trip factors are now being reduced one by one – what a difference and increased safety for walking around. Both Mum and Dad have visibly relaxed somewhat with understanding now that we have CPE looking out for us.
