Very chilly up here in the hills this morning! Emma came yesterday for the first time and did an absolutely amazing job! I would highly recommend her for her expertise and prompt and friendly communication. Thank you for allowing us to have her as part of Mum’s package. Annette was fantastic, David loved her. She is worth the swap to 8am time slot and she was early. Bless her. That freed me for a peaceful morning out knowing David was well cared for and safe. Now that we know that she is permanent Wednesdays, we can make plans accordingly knowing David is safe in very capable hands. Very grateful for that. We appreciate CPE’s efforts. T and D
