At CPE we believe our purpose is greater than the services we provide. It’s how we provide them that counts and what makes us who we are. We are committed to making each client feel respected, valued and in control.
We began with the values of Understanding, Kindness and Respect and committed to giving each of our clients the same high standard of care we would expect for our own family and friends.
Then we asked ourselves, how little can we charge for our services and still provide the highest level of care to our clients and that hasn’t changed.

Our Team
Each member of our team shares our dedication to put our clients at the centre of all we do.
They have been chosen not only for their qualifications and experience but also for their ability to listen to our clients, to understand their needs and to respond with kindness and always respect them.
They all bring their own individuality to make our team what it is today but whether it’s a support worker coming into your home, a team member taking your calls, arranging your service times or helping to plan your care, each excels at what they do.
Connecting Care
The services we provide to you are only the beginning, our purpose is not only to help you remain independent but also to feel respected confident, secure and safe. Connecting Care is a framework to help co-ordinate your care in case of an emergency or unexpected hospital admission. It is complimentary and entirely optional for our clients. It consists of;
- A card for your wallet identifying us as your Care Provider should you need assistance when not at home
- A “Ready to Go Bag” with suggestions for what could be ready packed should you need to go into hospital at short notice. This bag has
- a luggage tag with your name and identifies CPE Home & Community Care as your provider, so you need not loose contact with us while you are hospitalised. We can still visit with coffee or just a chat if you would like us to. We can also be there with support when you’re discharged
- There is a Client Information Form in the bag with the contact information for your GP and Pharmacy and basic information which would be completed by you
- A Fridge Magnet with your details, our contact details and the location of your bag
As a client of CPE you are no longer alone, we’re there for you, to listen and support you and we’re only a phone call away.

We would like to thank you for the outstanding care you gave to our mother. We were very fortunate to have been referred to your company.
Of particular note is the exceptional manner in which we were treated on a personal level. This approach to clients and their families is second to none and an exemplary practise.
All phone calls, requests and concerns were treated in an efficient and professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Your kindness and support allowed us to fulfil our mothers wishes to remain in her own home.
We would like to acknowledge the time and effort put into selecting carers who met Mum’s specific needs. This careful and thoughtful process resulted in the formation of strong bonds and close relationships. This was very important to us, as the carers brought much happiness to mum’s day. She always looked forward to their arrival.
We will be forever grateful.

Where to Find Us
Our offices are at The Garden Office Park in Osborne Park, where we have accessible facilities, so if you come to visit us you can do so in complete comfort and safety.
Just please remember to make an appointment so that we can set aside time for a cup of tea and a chat.
Or you will find us at the NDIS, Care & Ageing Well Expo at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre in July or August each year and at the Have A Go Day at Burswood each November – both have free admission, and you can just drop in at our stand and say hello to some of the team.
