Our team works closely with each person to deliver reliable, respectful support that fits their daily routines, interests, and needs. Establishment Fee
A $702.30 establishment fee is charged to new NDIS participants in their first plan where they receive at least 20 hours of personal care or community participation supports per month.
Sleepover Charge
Assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily living where overnight support is needed but our support worker can sleep when not required to provide services, will be charged at a sleepover rate of $297.60. Up to two hours of active supports provided are included, additional hours will be charges at Saturday rates on weekdays, or at applicable rates on other days.
Travel Costs
Where a support worker travels to provide supports to a participant, up to 30 minutes of time may be claimed at the applicable hourly rate. In addition, non-labour travel costs of $0.99 per kilometer may be charged. Vehicle usage relating to community participation supports, e.g. to transport a participant, will be charged at $1.00 per kilometer

We schedule your services on a day and at a time convenient for you, with as little or as much support as you need, from 1 hour to 24 hour live in care.
