Caring with Understanding, Kindness and Respect
Support Workers
These are the team members who bring together all that we do at CPE. They take our values out to our clients, provide the care and support they need and provide us with immediate feedback when necessary, so together we can achieve the best possible outcome for each client.
We have an extremely high response when we advertise for Support Workers, often the with the number of applicants well exceeding 1000, so we are able to choose the best of the best to build an extensive support network across the metro area.
Each one must meet all required certification and compliance requirements before commencing employment and we ensure they continue to grow with ongoing training - both online and in person, beginning with a two day comprehensive induction workshop covering the high standards of care, professional conduct and client-centred practice we expect before they meet our clients

Care Managers
Led by our Care Team Manager, our Care Managers are dedicated to supporting you throughout your care journey. Your Care Manager is your key contact - they'll answer any questions you may have, work with you to develop a personalised care plan based on your needs, goals and preferences, revise and adjust your care as your needs change and help you to navigate the Aged Care system. They will coordinate your service schedule and help you build a support team that you can trust and feel safe with so you look forward to spending time with them.
They monitor your care, managing risks, and ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and CPE's own expectations. They also liaise with your support team to ensure your care is executed as per your care plan and your budget is effectively used.
All our Care Managers have a Certificate III or higher in aged care with some holding additional nursing qualifications.
